To reach Villa Zen'O you drive through the Palmeraie of Marrakech. Past the entrance, a cactus garden opens onto an infinity pool, with the Atlas beyond.
The architecture mixes contemporary lines with Moroccan tradition: an open living space, high ceilings and wide glass doors create an indoor-outdoor feeling. Each bedroom is arranged around a century-old olive tree, with its own bathroom.
The house suits families and groups of friends (maximum 8 guests). It is single-level, with a baby cot, high chair, games, and discreet house staff.
Villa Zen’O is a nod to Dragon Ball Z: a statue of Son Goku (Sangoku) watches over the garden.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can the villa host?
Villa Zen'O sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, 4 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Are the pool and jacuzzi heated?
They can be, for an extra charge: 90 € per day for the pool and 35 € per day for the jacuzzi. Please confirm at least 48 hours in advance. Without heating they remain available year-round.
What is included in the stay?
Daily housekeeping, a housekeeper and a cook on site from 9:00 to 17:00, pool cleaning, 24-hour security, gardening, wifi, bath and pool towels, shower gel, shampoo, kitchen equipment and a ping-pong table.
How much do meals by Mama Fouzia cost?
Breakfast (9:00–12:00): 10 € per person. Lunch (12:00–16:00): 15 € per person. Dinner (19:00–21:00): 20 € per person. Please let us know the day before. You may also buy the groceries yourself: Mama Fouzia then cooks at no extra service charge. Lunch or dinner includes a salad, a main course and a dessert.
How do errands and deliveries work?
Deliveries run from 9:00 to 21:00 and cost 10 € each. Please ask the day before so we can organise them. Alcohol cannot be delivered.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 11:00.
How far is Jemaa El-Fna?
Jemaa El-Fna is about 16 minutes by Uber from the villa. Times and fares vary with the hour and traffic. The airport is about 35 minutes away.
Is the villa suitable for families and children?
Yes: it is single-level, with a baby cot, high chair, children's tableware, games (PS5, foosball, ping-pong) and a pool with shallow areas. Children remain under their parents' sole responsibility; the villa accepts no liability for accidents indoors, outdoors, in the pool or in the jacuzzi.
Can we throw a party or invite extra guests?
No loud music or parties between midnight and 8:00, out of respect for the neighbours. Guests who are not named in the booking contract are not allowed.
What are the rules for towels and cushions?
Blue towels are for the pool; white towels stay inside the house. Please do not put sofa or sun-lounger cushions in the pool or jacuzzi — fees may apply. Bed linen and towels can be changed on request during the stay.
What if we lose a key or damage something?
Losing a key or access badge costs 120 €. A 50 € flat fee applies if the living or dining-room curtains are damaged.
Is there a safe?
Yes. The villa accepts no responsibility for loss or theft from the safe: anything placed in it remains entirely the guest's responsibility.
Is there wifi?
Yes, fibre wifi is included.
Can we go quad biking or ride a camel?
Yes, from the villa. Quad: 300 MAD per hour (50 MAD extra if two people share a quad). Camel: 200 MAD per hour (50 MAD extra if two people share). Please confirm the day before with the guard. Camel rides start at the villa door; depending on the season and time, quads can too. A riding club also offers horseback tours from the villa.
